Personal Attention To Your Needs If you desire the personal attention of a highly experienced,
qualified, and objective Certified Financial Planner practitioner
you have come to the right place. Most of our clients
look to us to take care of their complete financial picture. We
help you sort out where you are now, set and prioritize your goals,
determine what it is you need to do to achieve your goals, and
provide you with the pros and cons of the various options open to
you. Once we have developed your plan and you have made your
decisions on how to proceed we can also implement your plan
whatever your needs. Our Process. Your plan
will only be relevant if it reflects your values and what it is you
wish to achieve. It will only get implemented if you
trust our recommendations. All of this takes time and personal contact which is
why we follow the following process. Initial Interview -
30 minutes This may be by phone or in person. We both get to ask
questions of each other so we can decide if we are a good
match for each other. |

Data Gather - 2 Hours.
We do review the hard data you have brought with you such as investment statements, insurance policies, budget, benefit booklets from work, tax returns etc., however the real purpose of the meeting is to get an understanding of what is important to you, what your values are related to your financial decisions. Sometimes it is apparent that there are only one or two issues that we can deal with immediately. When a full financial plan or other analysis is needed we can give you an estimate of the cost involved. It is not until this point that our engagement contract is signed and you are under any obligation. If it is obvious that you wish us to implement your plan (through our Financial Consultants relationship with LPL Financial) the fees or commissions generated from that may eliminate the need for a planning fee. While we keep the planning and implementation functions separate to maintain objectivity and avoid a conflict of interest, we follow the basic principal that while we need to be paid for our work we do not need to be paid twice. We leave the choice up to you. |

Presentation. 2 - 3 hours.
After the analysis is complete we go over the plan together. It is important you are understand the assumptions used and how the recommendations came about. We make recommendations for you to think about and come to a conclusion. Often there are several alternatives each with its own pros and cons.

Monitoring Your Plan. We cannot foresee the future only make reasonable assumptions. Periodically we need to review your plan in light of economic and financial changes. The most significant changes are personal ones such as from birth death and marriages, changes in employment. Winning the lottery! Monitoring your plan and updating it is critical.
